We value your privacy. You can delete your account and all associated data through the following methods:
1. Open the BaseHW app.
2. Go to the Profile screen.
3. Scroll down to "Data Management".
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Upon deletion, all your collection data, custom photos, and account information will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
