• **Account Security**: You are responsible for keeping your account and authentication credentials secure. • **Content Ownership**: You retain rights to the content you upload, but you grant BaseHW a license to display it within the app structure. • **Community Etiquette**: Profanity, racism, hate speech, and harassment are strictly prohibited. • **AI Moderation**: We use AI algorithms (Groq AI) to automatically moderate and block content that violates these rules.
Main car database images are sourced from official and collector communities for informational purposes. Ownership belongs to their respective trademark holders. User-uploaded photos remain the responsibility of the uploader.
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The developers are not liable for any data loss, including collection or community data.
