KlickZeit collects the following data to provide core app functionality and game features: • Email address (for Firebase Authentication) • Check-in/out times and work durations • Game scores and best times (for leaderboards) • Anonymous User Code assigned to each user (e.g., KZ-ABCD1234) • Records stored locally on your device
Collected data is used only for: • Providing core app functionality • Backing up your data via Firebase • Allowing you to access your data on different devices Your data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored: • Locally on your device (AsyncStorage) • Optionally in Firebase Firestore as cloud backup • Leaderboard scores and your User Code are visible to all users • Other data is only linked to your account and other users cannot access it
For the security of your data: • Secure login with Firebase Authentication • Data access control with Firestore Security Rules • All data is transmitted over encrypted connections
When you want to delete your account: • You can sign out from within the app • You can delete your account via Firebase Console • Local data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled
